La solicitud de protecci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 presentarse con acuse y contener: Nombre del sujeto obligado (en este caso, Pen\u00ednsula) Nombre del titular de los datos o del representante legal Domicilio, fax o correo electr\u00f3nico para recibir notificaciones Planteamiento concreto del derecho que desea ejercer<\/p>\n<p>En su caso, copia simple de documentos que apoyen la solicitud 2. En caso de no cumplir con alguno de los requisitos anteriores, deber\u00e1 prevenirse al titular de los datos dentro de los tres d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a su presentaci\u00f3n para que el plazo de cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles subsane dicha prevenci\u00f3n y pueda ser admitida la solicitud.<\/p>\n<p>3. En caso de ser procedente, se admitir\u00e1 la solicitud de protecci\u00f3n dentro de los tres d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a su presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>4. La coordinaci\u00f3n de Pen\u00ednsula, emitir\u00e1 una resoluci\u00f3n en sentido procedente, parcialmente procedente o improcedente respecto de la solicitud, la cual deber\u00e1 contener:<br \/>Nombre del sujeto obligado (Pen\u00ednsula)<br \/>N\u00famero de expediente<br \/>Datos de la solicitud<br \/>Motivaci\u00f3n y fundamentaci\u00f3n sobre el sentido de la resoluci\u00f3n<br \/>Puntos resolutivos sobre la procedencia de la solicitud<br \/>Lugar, fecha, nombre y firma de quien resuelve<\/p>\n<p>6. Notificaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n al titular de los datos.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que en todo momento queda a salvo su derecho a revocar el consentimiento que nos ha otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, el cual, podr\u00e1 hacerlo valer mediante el procedimiento anteriormente citado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son y para qu\u00e9 sirven las \u201ccookies\u201d?
